Shipment Processing
Packages are processed after payment confirmation.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and contact information.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, weather conditions, carrier delays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Warehouse Deliveries
Customers must include their full name and assigned customer code when shipping packages to our warehouse address. 5EV3N TODAH is not responsible for delays caused by missing or incorrect shipment information.
Prohibited Items
We do not accept shipments containing:
Illegal substances
Weapons or explosives
Hazardous materials
Restricted items prohibited under U.S. or Jamaican law
5EV3N TODAH reserves the right to refuse any shipment considered unsafe or unauthorized.
Customs & Duties
Customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, clearance fees, or government charges associated with their shipment.
Package Collection
Valid identification may be required for package pickup.
Packages left unclaimed for more than 30 days may incur storage fees.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery or pickup.
Compensation, if approved, is limited to the declared shipment value.
5EV3N TODAH is not liable for damages resulting from supplier or sender packaging.
Payments & Refunds
Shipping fees must be paid in full before package release.
Payments are non-refundable once shipments have been processed.
